A well established pizza restaurant with multiple locations across the United States came to us looking to revamp their socials to match their nationally recognized brand. They are known for some of the best pizza in all of Los Angeles and wanted to represent that visually and strategically throughout their social media content.

The Challenge

This brand didn't have an awareness problem. Celebrities were already raving about them, they had multiple locations across Southern California, and they were practically a staple before we ever showed up. So the challenge wasn't getting them known — it was figuring out how to make a brand that was already beloved feel even more iconic.

Oh, and they wanted to do it while pulling in a younger, Gen Z audience without alienating the loyal customers who'd been with them from the start. No big deal. 👀

The Strategy

We pulled way back on promotional content and went all in on aesthetic. Behind-the-scenes kitchen content, pizza and champagne on the beach, the kind of scroll-stopping lifestyle imagery that makes people feel something — not just hungry.

We also locked in signature content formats so that recognition became a built-in feature of their feed. Consistency + distinctiveness = a brand people actually remember.

Then in 2025, we shifted the strategy again. We leaned hard into food partnership collabs with creators, and that became the format that changed everything for them. The right content structure, the right partners, the right launch format — and suddenly their organic reach was doing things most brands only dream about.

The Results

The numbers don't lie, and these ones are loud.

Collaboration videos hit 2M+ views — from a single piece of content. Thousands of new followers. Foot traffic into their brick-and-mortar locations spiked every time a collab included a limited-time special, and patrons started posting their own meals organically, generating a wave of UGC we didn't even have to ask for.

And then there's this: 2,000+ loyalty program sign-ups through organic Instagram content alone. No paid ads. Just smart strategy + automations that most restaurants aren't even using yet — which was exactly our edge.
