Golden Genetics

Natalie came to us with a one-of-a-kind business model that integrates holistic healthcare with our genetics. She was building her practice and wanted to build a visibility strategy to help her scale alongside it.

The Challenge

Natalie came to us with something genuinely rare β€” a business model that bridges holistic healthcare and human genetics. The vision was clear. The strategy needed to catch up.

Golden Genetics was mid-branding-transition when we came on board, running one account that was trying to do too many jobs at once. As her practice grew and her team expanded, it became obvious: one account wasn't enough for GG. Natalie the founder and Golden Genetics the practice needed to exist separately β€” and intentionally.

The Strategy

We split the accounts and built distinct strategies for each.

For the practice page, we leaned into elevated, practitioner-facing content. Why? Because the data told us to. The majority of her referrals and inquiries at the time were coming from other practitioners, not directly from patients β€” so we met that audience where they were and spoke their language.

For Natalie's personal brand, we went a different direction entirely. Rather than leading with genetics (which can feel clinical fast), we focused on trust-building through mindset, mental health, and wellness content. Let people connect with her first. The practice would follow.

And then we built something most people aren't doing yet: a private podcast as a lead generation tool. Content drove her audience to a lead form. The podcast sign-ups built her email list. Simple in concept, powerful in execution.

The Results

Month over month, we saw a consistent 40-50% increase in visibility across Instagram engagement metrics.

But the bigger win? Strategizing a lead generation ecosystem that worked while she worked β€” bringing in warmer leads through content that rarely felt salesy, and building an email list that she'll have long after any algorithm changes.
