Flora Fauna Wellness is a brick and mortar wellness clinic owned by Kacie Hill that offers services such as acupuncture, gua sha, castor oil packs, cupping and functional medicine. She came to us in late 2021 and has worked with us since!

The Challenge

Kacie Hill is the kind of practitioner who could talk about wellness all day β€” and back every word of it with years of real clinical experience. Acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, castor oil packs, functional medicine β€” Flora Fauna Wellness wasn't lacking in expertise or offerings.

That was actually the problem.

When you have that much to say and sell, your content can start to feel like a menu nobody asked to read. Supplements, services, freebies, remote packages, in-person bookings β€” all fighting for attention on the same page. We needed to figure out what Flora Fauna could be known for, and build a strategy around that instead of trying to sell everything at once.

The Strategy

Our most strategic move: split the accounts. We separated Kacie's personal brand (@kaciehillhealth) from the practice (@florafaunawellness) so each could have its own lane, its own voice, and its own job to do β€” without either one feeling cluttered.

Then we got specific about positioning. For Kacie's personal brand, we found her angle: the warm, savory breakfast girl. Anti-smoothie. Pro-basics to have good gut health. It sounds simple, but that kind of specificity is exactly what makes someone memorable on social media. Warm breakfast β†’ gut health β†’ functional medicine. A content funnel disguised as a lifestyle.

We backed it all up with case studies and client storytelling β€” letting real results do the heavy lifting on expertise instead of credentials alone.

And to capture the audience we were building? Freebies designed to convert β€” with lead generation strategies that turned content viewers into email subscribers.

The Results

We grew her account from 10K to 18K followers β€” and more importantly, built a content ecosystem that could actually scale.

The page split meant Kacie could show up fully as a personal brand and let the practice stand on its own as her team and offerings grew.

In February 2025 alone, we drove 400+ new email subscribers through lead generation β€” using freebies that her audience actually wanted, built around the content that was already working.
